All standard runs include our time, fuel and usual parking costs within the Cape Town Southern Suburbs corridor (Tokai to the CBD). Only urgent express work and truly exceptional disbursements fall outside these fixed fees, and we will always flag these in advance wherever possible.

Associate Plan Subscription
Our flagship Associate Plan is designed for firms that brief us regularly and want predictable, stable costs.
Fixed Monthly fee: R1,500
Inclusive runs: 6 standard runs per month across our listed service categories (for example Master’s Office lodgments, Deeds Office lodgments, High Court and Magistrates’ Court filings, Sheriff filings and uplifts, inter-firm deliveries, municipal clearance certificate runs and follow-up/status checks).
Additional runs: R220 per extra standard run in the same month.
Urgent / Same-Day Express: Not included in the 6 runs; charged as a separate express surcharge per urgent instruction.
What counts as a “run”?
One instruction from your firm to CTLL to attend to a defined task and return with proof (for example: lodge an L&D account at the Master’s Office; file a combined summons at the High Court; uplift a stamped order and deliver to another firm in the CBD). Where several offices must be visited for one matter on the same day, we will clarify in advance how many runs will be billed.
Billing cycle and changes
